The second day of August saw the second Bikers4Life Ride Out in aid of Cancer and Leukemia treatment at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.
Over 110 bikes turned up on a dull morning after a night of torrential rain across the country. Nevertheless, folks turned out in force at Bikeworld and the rideout was underway.
Laragh was the first stop for fuel for both Bike and Body. From there it was on to Beaumont but not before a spectacular trip through Dublin's port tunnel.
After a warm reception from hospital staff it was on to our final destination and party in Cavan.
And so the really important bit.... you have helped us raise in excess (final figure to come) of €12,000.
We would like thank absolutely everbody who took part in the event and helped to make it such a success. It simply would not happen without your support. A big thanks to all sponsors of the event also.
